The Roof Replacement Process
Give us a call to receive a free estimate. We’ll set up a date and time for one of our experts to come out to meet you at your home, assess your roof and collect all necessary measurements.
Soon after, you’ll receive an email with your estimate, which will include all roof specifications for you to review. Once approved, both parties will sign the contract/estimate. Also, you’ll be provided a sample board of different shingle styles and various colors options to choose from.
Once the contract/estimate is accepted, we will collect half the amount of the total cost as a down payment to solidify your appointment and order your selected materials. We’ll also send you confirmation of your project’s start date.
Before we begin, we will

Send a reminder to you for all residents to move their vehicles out of the driveway, as we will need to use this area for the dump trailer in order to properly and safely dispose of all old materials after being removed. |

We will be sure to guard and protect your yard, including all plants and shrubbery, and decking from any falling debris with plywood and tarps. |

First, we will tear-off the old product and inspect all underlying plywood for any dry rot or areas that need to be replaced. |

Then, we prep and install the synthetic underlayment along with the winter guard. |

Next, materials will be delivered from our preferred distributor and loaded onto your roof. |
Installation and clean up

Finally, we start the installation process of the new shingles and ridge cap. |

The average house takes about 2-4 days to complete, but ultimately depends on the square footage of your home and any severe weather changes. |

After the roof is completed, we do a final clean up and walk through with a magnet to collect any remaining nails in your yard and driveway for your safety. We will also present you before and after pictures of your roof to review the quality of installation. |

We'll also collect the remaining amount of the total cost agreed upon in the contract/estimate at this time. |
