A typical home takes 2-4 days to complete, but can take longer depending on the difficulty and size. What type of material should I choose? There are many different types of material to choose from, ranging in cost, color and aesthetic. Our professionals will assist you in selecting the right type of material that works best with your budget and style of your home. Will my plants and property be protected during the roof replacement process? Yes, absolutely! Our crew will take caution to protect your plants and decking with plywood and tarps around your property. Will all debris and nails be picked up on completion? Yes, we will have a trailer to haul away all tear-off debris to the dump. We will walk the property with a broom magnet to pick up any stray nails. Can I pressure wash the moss off my roof? No, pressure washing your roof destroys and disrupts the granules that are attached to the shingles lowering the lifespan of the roof. What are acceptable methods of payment? At this time, we only accept cash or a personal check. When is payment due? Half of the payment is due upon acceptance of the contract, and the remaining balance is due upon project completion. |
